COVID19

Please note that delays may occur due to the COVID19 pandemic, as postal services and manufacturing may be slower during this time. Please be patient with your order and rest assured, we are working as fast as possible.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Impossible Conversations does not provide any refund on any items purchased from the online shop and all sales are final.

We are big on sustainability, so all of our items are made to order personally for you to avoid wasted stock and manufacturing resources. Every item is unique for each individual customer, so for that reason, any package that is returned cannot be refunded, as we cannot change your size for you. If an item is returned because it was not collected or the address was wrong, you will have to pay postage again for us to be able to re-send it to you.

An item cannot be returned if the size is wrong because as stated above, each item is personally made for each individual customer. Please check the sizing page before purchase or contact us and we can suggest a size for you.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept most payment types, from Paypal & Apple Pay to Credit & Debit Cards.

 

POSTAGE

We use Royal Mail to ship our packages, whether it be inside the UK or worldwide. Once we have given your parcel to Royal Mail, it is up to them to deliver it safely. Once the package is in their hands, we are no longer responsible for it. Proof of postage and tracking numbers are available for all customers.

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

For customers outside of the UK: You will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes and any other customs requirements when importing products into a country outside and inside of the EU. Any such customs duties or taxes may be significant and so please ensure you confirm the position before placing your order. We are not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes or requirements, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties or taxes or non-compliance, and we will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE RELEVANT THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS PROVIDER TO COLLECT PAYMENT OF ANY DUTIES, TAXES AND HANDLING FEES AHEAD OF DELIVERY.

 

TRACKING

You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

DELIVERY

When your order is made, the item(s) you purchased (unless otherwise stated) will be shipped within 14 working days (not including Saturday & Sunday). We provide tracking on all orders outside and inside the UK.

Please wait patiently for your items to be received, as it may take anywhere from 3-20 days to receive your products depending on your location after the initial processing time. This may be slightly longer during the Christmas season.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

Please make sure you provide us with a correct address, as if you provide us with a wrong address and we send the item to that address, we cannot refund you and you will have to purchase again. If an item is returned, you will have to pay postage again for us to be able to re-send it to you.
